Hi,

I am working on an implementation of ICalendar and struggle with the correct interpretation of RDate/RRule/EXDate/EXRule. The part I am struggeling with is the concept of periods as RDates. Why should one need a period as RDate? And what exactly happens when I have a complex recurrence set which contains rdate, rrule, exdate and exrule where rdate and exdate are periods?

Can anyone give me an example, please?
