Adrian:

The Internet Engineering Task Force form of the vCard has changed the
values for sound and image to allow any IANA registered format. The vCard
2.1 specification is published and is pretty closed about other formats
other than non-standard ones. This is changed in the Internet draft. You
can find it by checking out the ASID working group web document listing at
http://www.ietf.org. You will have to drill down to the working group area.
