Thanks, that is what I was wondering about.  It wasn't a mistake, it was
just that the demo didn't support this.  I decided to just encode the GIF
and the problem was solved.

another person asked a related question about the encoded logo indenting 
- is the indentation required/preferred?  I didn't see any mention of 
that in the IETF draft....
