vCard-maker script ?

Greetings from Austria to all members of this mailing list.

I think of including a page here on my site in Austria where people can 
create their own vCards. I found an example HTML-Code for a form to 
capture the data for the vCard in the material on the IMC-Site. All I 
need now would be a script, that automatically builds the vcard-file 
with the data inputs from that form and mail it finally to the 
interested people.

Is there anybody of you out there, who had already done this or any 
similar and who is so nice to share his work with me and provide such a 
script ?

This would help me to spare some time.
