This is an IRTF working group.

It might be an idea to meet at San Diego if there are proposals worth
discussion.

MARID is now out of the gate. We now need to start looking at followon:

  * Signing Email [Separate Bof proposed]
  * Proposals for publishing Accreditation data
  * Proposals for expressing opt-in consent
