The agenda that's been listed for the workshop is:
Morning
Very briefly describe the MOSS, PGP, and S/MIME solutions
Review the functional and technical concerns
Review the extent to which each alternative satisfies the concerns
Seek consensus for concerns that qualify as requirements
Afternoon
Haggle about the strengths and weaknesses of the technical alternative=
s
Explore the choices and/or negotiate a preferred solution
One suggestion that I've received is that we begin with a brief review of
requirements/goals for this class of services. I'm inclined to think that
this might be helpful, not so much because it will make clear what is
needed as much as it will identify a small common core of what's needed and
a much larger, outer layer of disparity. It will probably also service to
highlight some issues for the 3 speakers doing the brief introductions.
Thoughts?
Any other changes/suggestions that folks would like to see in the agenda?
This may include offers to do specific, focused presentations, as well as
less specific issues of concern.

ps. The entrance fee will cover breaks and a box lunch. My assumption is
that we should leave a useful amount of time for hallway discussion, so I'm
planning 30 minute morning and afternoon breaks and a 1.5 hour lunch break.
If folks want something different, speak up.
