Here are pointers to two PostScript files.  The first contains the MSP 
protocol specification.  The second contains an appendix that tells how 
the protocol is used with the crypto algorithms on the FORTEZZA card.  I 
am almost finished with an appendix that specifies how RSA and DES can be 
used with MSP.  I'll make that available in a few days.
