	In addition, I'm a bit concerned about distinguishing between
theory and fact.  Theory is a collection of ideas that are instantiated in
some people's heads.  Facts have code and operational experience to back
them up.  One of the long-standing sources of difficulty in debating
between technical alternatives often is that one group has solid
operational experience and the other claims a problem is solved when, in
fact, it has only been solved on a piece of paper.

	All of this is my own way of saying that I, personally, would have
some interest in a bit of coverage on the key management issues, as they
pertain to current or near-term deployment.

	One of the questions I intend to ask all proponents -- and probably
repeatedly -- is how deployment is going and what the difficulties are?
