Could I suggest that contributors to the resolving-security@imc.org list NOT
copy pem-dev as well? I strongly suspect that anyone who has an interest has
already subscribed.
Alternatively, perhaps we should have used the pem-dev from the start.
But we surely don't need two copies of every message.
