    Please note that there are both a /pub/Sp and a /pub/sp
directory, and that they are *not* the same.  If you find
yourself looking only at the "Sprint-Hill" subdirectory and
can't find "spyrus", you're in the wrong place.


    It strikes me that this is likely to cause problems for
other users, and that perhaps netcom might want to consider
canonicalizing all their subdirectory names to be of one and
only one case in letter (either all uppercase or all lowercase,
but not both).
