I concur. We've seen examples where applications could be launched
directly and indirectly from parameters. We have not been given
examples of mail systems that couldn't.
Hmmm, if we're going to put the security type in the second part,
and the first part might not get used, why bother with RFC 1847 at
all? ;-)
