Folks,

	So far as I can tell, no one has posted here for a while.
However, a relatively new draft has come to my attention that
discusses some of the issues in a Public Key Infrastructure, and
introduces some concepts that appear to me to be reasonably novel and
of wider interest.

	The URL is <http://www.clark.net/pub/cme/spki.txt>.  I'd be
interested to hear your comments, and I'd be interested to see *any*
traffic on this now moribund mailing list.
